Amazing dinner in China

We found a restaurant tonight where they cook right in front of you.  It was lots of fun and the food was amazing.  We had Oysters that were 8inches long, lamb chops, whitefish, mushrooms and grilled Asian veggies. All thanks to this chef who had some wicked good knife and spatula skills!
